Jams too often
This would be great if it didn't jam so often! You have to press the handle quite hard to get the letter to show on the tape and it jams too often.

Total junk, absolutely, not worth it
This is a total piece of junk. It doesn't wind on properly it prints over the same bit again and again, it doesn't cut it precisely it's basically a total mess. The mechanism inside does not allow for the tape to feed through and quite frankly it's just stress and hassle I would not bother. I'm going to send this back and I'm never going to buy a product made by these people ever again.

stopped working after 10th short label
extremely diappointing and huge wate of money as I had it less than 2 months and only made 10 labels before it stopped punching the letters onto the tape. Tried chahnging tapes several times incase they were the problem but its definitely poor piece of kit

Doesn't stamp some letters and number properly
Poor quality, didn't stamp a few numbers proper, and intermittent on others, also not straight on tape when stamped.

Rubbish - dont print half of letters or numbers
Rubbish product, will not print any numbers and half of the letters dont show up.

Had one day…already broken
I created 2 labels with it and it jammed and stopped stamping anything other than dashes and illegible dots on the label. Doesn’t cut the label either. Totally rubbish
