This product did not remove my belly fat or reduce my weight. I failed to read the reviews before finishing two bottles of theses gummies. Disappointed, B-12, beet Juice and apple cider vinegar were a part of my diet prior to ordering the gummies. I assumed the gummies were a combination of these items that would remove belly fat. With poor results after the first 30 days, I adjusted my diet and routine. The second 30 days produced the same results. My weight or belly fat did not changed.

They seem to be working really good I take two at night and go to bed and I'm not sure how much I've lost yet but I know I've lost some I feel energy coming back to me

When you get done reading pages upon pages of testimonials there are no real instructions. When receiving the bottles it just tells you to take them at bedtime, nothing more. As you see, the word KETO is in the product name. In order for this to truly work you must follow a Keto diet plan. You would lose weight while following it without the aid of this product. I do not know if it speeds things up while on the diet or not. But to think you can just eat these and simply lose weight is a joke.

I liked the reviews of this product it tastes good what makes me want to take it for the results I have to wait a while to see any results it's to early to comment on this item but it sure tastes 👋
