Excellent product
This is a very useful and versatile product. I have used it for rolling out pastry and biscuit dough and then used it to cook with. It prevents sticking and after a few minutes is cool enough to handle. I would recommend this to others, in fact, I bought one for my sister in law.

When I opened the package I was unsure how it would wrk because it felt less flexible than the one it was replacing. I needn't have worried. It works fine and is slightly thicker than the last one I had. I knead dough on it, let the dough rise on it then pop it straight into the oven Great.

Poor Value
Bought to complement a sheet we have had for some years. As with many things these days, this modern variant is not a patch on its predecessor. It has a "memory" and so does not lay flat. Bought some Amazon Basic sheets which are half the price and much better quality

Exactly what I was looking for! Couldn't find anything else like this on here. I just wanted a reusable baking sheet, so I don't have to keep using tin foil all the time. Works really well. It's slightly larger than my tray, but that wasn't a issue. The only thing is it was a bit smokey when I tried to use it in the grill.

Much less messy than using the kitchen work-top, and easier to clean
A pleasure to use, and I hear that I can bake directly on it, although I haven't yet tried it in the oven. I would consider buying a larger one, although it is big enough for most of my needs. it washes easily in the sink, and rolls up to store in a similar space to a roll of cling-film.

Almost perfect
It's really not sticky and I like everything about it. I've used it amy times, mostly for baking in the oven. The only problem is that after cooking one batch of cookies that almost burned (my own fault), some stains remained on the mat and I haven't been able to clean them. They seem to be permanent. However, the mat still serves its purpose so I can't complain.

Ho scoperto per caso questi tappetini. Sono comodi da riporre e molto funzionali.Ho abolito i vecchi taglieri per sminuzzare le verdure che assorbono gli odori e sono meno igienici di questi che si lavano facilmente anche in lavastoviglie.

Lo uso esclusivamente per coprire la teglia del forno per cuocervi la pizza che non attacca e risulta perfettamente cotta anche sul fondo. Facile da pulire e resistente. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Credevo fosse un pochino più resistente... ai coltelli.Comunque è pratico e lo uso spesso; molto igienico poterlo lavare come un piatto, inoltre lo si può accartocciare nello scolapiattie trovarlo asciutto e pronto in un attimo.

Svolge appieno il suo dovere, il cibo non si attacca e si stacca immediatamente dal tappetino,solo al primo utilizzo ha fatto un odore strano nel forno,poi non è più successo,molto facile da pulire.
