Great company to buy from. The phone is as new and I love it. The price is great compared to other re furb dealers. I bought it in Excellent condition and it is as new. Battery 100 percent, screen quality is pristine. It was delivered the day after I ordered it and postage was included in the £309 price. I’m a happy customer.

Very pleased, phone came next day and pristine condition, not a mark on it. Hopefully no issues going forward but does have 12 month warranty, battery life was at 85% and so far so good, only time will tell..Phone is as they advertised. It is safely encased in full clear case to protect phone and show the colour, which I purchased separately from Amazon and well worth it.

Fast efficient service. Arrived in good condition and am very pleased with the product. Battery life good. Haven’t put the camera to test yet but will be going do in the not too distant future

Phone initially looked lovely, but on close inspection the torch light had a crack and had yellowed. Also the batter percentage was poor and below the 80% advertised.

Delivery was quick and item was a good price. Ordered refurb excellent of 14plus in midnight. There are a couple of small marks on both sides of the phone but nothing major and have suspicion it’s a different screen from standard but it’s fine. the biggest issue is battery health is 83% which is poorer than hoped for. I’d say it’s more very good condition. Time will tell as to whether this was a good purchase or whether should have bought brand new.

Changed from android to iOS, bought as excellent quality refurbished phone. It’s fantastic no problems, no scuffs or marks & never caused me a minutes trouble, would definitely buy refurbished as opposed to new again & save myself £sss as well.

Excellent item and fantastic customer care. After sales service is top notch and communication was superb. Had two phones from here and would recommend.

In perfect condition, looks brand new. Good battery life too. Very pleased with it.

Je suis plus que satisfaite ! Le portable est super reconditionné.. pas une seule rayure.. la batterie tient super bien.. les reçus dans la couleur que je les commandé, le seul petit bémol que je reproche c’est qu’il était emballer dans un carton tt simple! Et pas dans une boîte pour éviter qu’il s’abîme .. et pour le coup c’est vrai que j’ai eu de la chance que le téléphone soit irréprochable .. car je les regarde en long en large et en travers .. suis ravi et je recommande à 100000% 29/04/2025 du coup j’en ai recommandé un autre pour ma fille car le mien l’avait commandé en août 2025… ma fille en ai ravi aussi .. idem que le mien sauf quand voulant mettre la carte SIM ben.. pas d’ouverture en faite maintenant c’est la Esim la sim est dematerialise fallait le savoir donc du coup j’ai fais le nécessaire et le téléphone marche à la perfection.. donc je re re commande a 100000 %

Keine äußerlichen Makel erkennbar, super Akkulaufzeit, alles funktioniert. Bitte aufpassen: Das Gerät benötigt eine eSIM! Hatte ich vorher auch noch nie, ging über meinen Mobilfunkanbieter online aber schnell und kostenlos zu beantragen. Vielleicht auch noch wichtig, zu wissen: Dieses Iphone hat keine Touch-ID, sondern nur Face-ID. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und bin sehr zufrieden.

Ik was erg zenuwachtig voor de refurbished aankoop, maar de Iphone is echt helemaal nieuw en zelfs 100% batterij capaciteit. In de vorige recensies las ik dat er geen simkaart gleuf bij zou zitten, maar gelukkig heb ik geluk gehad en zit er bij deze Iphone er wel eentje in. Ik ben heel erg blij en zou het iedereen aanraden!
