Liquid Flux for Electronics (Xbox Red Ring Of Death, RROD, PS3 YLOD) BGA soldering / rework / reflow 30mls

I only received the flux and syringe hence the three star rating. I didn't get the solder paste with this as you see in the photo which is a bit disappointing but nevertheless the flux and syringe come in handy. Would have been five stars if I had actually received the paste with it.

great product but be carefull with the injection it's a really good idea to use injection to suck it up and apply it less messy and less waste

Product arrived promptly. I was able to apply the flux accurately with the supplied syringe when I reflowed the video chip on my Early 2008 Macbook Pro (using a heat gun). Laptop working again so hopefully it has improved the reliability of the repair.

This has helped massively in repairing my son's xbox 360 error 74 on screen as it was the two chips under the heat sink due to bad connection and got working again thanks

Flows very well. The syringe applicator supplied is hopeless, far too small, just use a small paint brush or similar to apply instead.

useless product. I wanted to solder new brass sheet. I had the correct solder a low meld 145. a good soldering iron. and this useless flux. in the end I wasted so much time with this product I went out and got some powerflux. this sorted the soldering in know time at all. please save your money and don't buy this liquid flux
