This book is full of artworks.I did not like the Kindle version, it shows only photos of pages, it does not show the table of contents to choose the page that you want to go.The limitations of the digital edition does not diminish the creative genius of the author. I prefer the printed copy edition instead.It is a great book, I recommend it.

Returned item. Just a book with recipes. Nothing really exciting about it. Overpriced for what it has in it. Need more information about technical and science aspects about bread, not just a recipe book.

What is Amazon doing here? This is basically a photocopy, not a kindle edition. I can’t search in here, I can’t highlight, I can’t bookmark, I can’t take notes... It is also very difficult to read on either my phone or iPad as the text is very small. The only advantage of getting the book this way is the price. Amazon really needs to upgrade this edition. For that matter the sample is not helpful either. There is no table of contents, no illustrative content, only multiple prefaces.

Super déçue ... les ingrédients sont donnés pour des recettes de 4 à 6 pains ou plus ...aucune explication sur la préparation... beaucoup trop succinct comme livre.Il est destiné aux professionnels ou amateur aguerris.

Livre magnifique qui sert à faire rêver un particulier... Ce livre est fait pour un professionnel car même si on divise les propotions par le nombre de pièces à réaliser, on se retrouve sans réelle explication avec énormément de terme purement technique, des températures et des temps de pousse sans fin, sans compter le nombre fou e recette où il faut les restes de pâte de la veille. Donc entre le levain, les pâtes et autre temps de pousse, pour le pain du dimanche matin, il faut s'y prendre le lundi matin. Sans compter que pour certain pain, je ne pense même pas qu'on puisse trouver la farine dans tous les magasins.Dommage car les recettes sont vraiment très appétissante.
