This is a reliable and fast computer. Worth the money.
This is a very nice computer. It is as good as any I have built. I am really impressed by the boot up speed. The response time to mouse inputs and the speed on the internet. This is a reliable and fast computer.

When it worked the computer was great. (Nightmare review)
I got this computer and it almost immediately busted—I don’t know why it happened but I wasn’t interested in fixing the solution myself. I called the customer service and never got a response. The computer was awesome for my needs when I first got it. I strictly downloaded steam and other games from reputable sources. In the first 9 days the computer shut off randomly—I figured it was just a reset. I turned the computer back on and everything was fine. Then a week later the computer shut off again… mid-game. I went to turn it back on and a red light flashed and the computer couldn’t maintain power for more than a second. Not posting this to find solutions or anything since I returned the product. If you’re a computer wiz I’m sure you could fix it. Personally I would rather just get a working product and more responsive support team. I’ve heard they have good support which is one of the reasons I took the risk of buying the product. But once it busted and I couldn’t contact them; I didn’t want to miss my return deadline.Update:Scheduled for Amazon to pick up the package. Apparently UPS is in charge of picking up the return package. But they won’t call, text, or message you in any way.My return deadline was on the last day and UPS still hadn’t messaged me. I went to drop it off myself and they can’t print the label from the last return. I had to call Amazon who were very helpful initially switching my return process to me dropping off the computer. I had them print the labels after 45 minutes of pacing around a UPS store. I was told the package would arrive within the week. I used the support messaging app two weeks later and they knew nothing. Then about 3 weeks later my credit took a hit from the purchase holding up my max balance. I should’ve paid the balance but it felt stupid paying for something I never received in working condition.By the third week the Amazon app still said it never delivered even though I showed them the tracking number and everything.Update:I am writing from a month after the three weeks 08/24/24 and the Amazon return system is appearing like they never received the package…. Oh and I’m still forced to pay the charge even after reporting to my cc company about it.

Can't upgrade to Windows 11
The computer is good for what it is, and the price point, but they use cheap internals, loose fitting connections, and it's not sellers issue, but the system does not qualify for the Windows 11 upgrade. Have to buy a whole new computer.

Good $500 budget gaming computer
This is review is for the i7/RX580 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD system. Price at time of review is $499.99This is INITIAL review done a few hours after taking out of the box and written using said computer.Real specs:Processor: i7-4790Ram: 2 8GB DDR3SSD: SATA, did not disassemble enough to see what brand was labeled asVideo card is unbranded AMD Radeon RX580 2048SPThe motherboard is a mini-atx board, so only 1 PCIe slot and no NVME slot. There are 4 built in SATA connections though. Processor is NOT eligible for Windows 11. If you wanted to strip out Windows and put on a Linux flavor I'm sure that would work. The Bluetooth 5.0 is not native and instead is a USB dongle, but with 9 (6 USB2, 3 USB3) USB ports there's plenty of places to put it.Bootup was fine, setup no problems, no BSODs and system been running for a few hours now. Bloatware was limited to what comes with a fresh install of Windows 10.Since this is billed as a gaming computer did some checking at "Can I Run It" to see what it could in fact run.According to Can I Run It, it will run all the games listed in description, except for Eldon Ring. Not mentioned in description, but will run as per Can I Run It:Red Dead 2 - RecommendedBaldur's Gate 3- MinimumHelldivers 2 - MinimumWitcher 3 - RecommendedDiablo IV - RecommendedTo give you an idea of what it won't run, will NOT run as per Can I Run It:Starfield (duh)Cyberpunk 2077 (conflicting, could be minimum)Indiana Jones and the Great CircleWarhammer 40KMechwarrior 5: ClansAll that said this would make an okay budget computer if you aren't looking to play the latest and greatest games. As billed and priced it's a $500 computer, don't expect it to be a $1000 computer and it's fine. Case is upgrade ready with plenty of breathing room down the road when today's motherboards and processors and down in the $100 range for easy upgrades.UPDATE Edit:Taking off a star for the network. Onboard NIC is not reliable at all. Keeps dropping connection. Included Wifi USB dongle also garbageish. Sadly already have the system up and running and old system disassembled for parts, so can't just return for a new system in hopes of getting a working network. Pulled out a spare TP-Link USB wifi and seems to work fine so far.

Gaming system
Bought for my nephew and he love it. It’s easy to use, not noisy. It’s for sure with the money and it’s very compatible with the games. It’s worth the money get one!
