More Compartments, Bamboo Utensil Drawer Organizer, Silverware Tray & Cutlery Utensil Holder, Kitchen Drawer Organization, Expandable Flatware Utensil Tray Has 10 Compartments, Fits a 12 PC Setting

I received this organizer yesterday. It is beautiful and appears to be of very good quality. Unfortunately, I am looking for an organizer for my 16 piece place setting and this organizer doesn't quite do the job. It is not even 2 inches deep on the inside part. The expandable section is over 2 1/2 inches deep, but that is the part I would use to store longer knives, rather than forks and spoons. It would be helpful for the description for this item to also list the interior depth for those of us needing maximum depth for flatware storage. Because our flatware is rather thick and high quality, even 12 pieces would be cramped in here. I already purchased another flatware organizer about a year ago, and this one does not appear to have any more room or depth than that one. One star removed only because the item description does not accurately reflect the interior dimension, and I would not have purchased this item if I had known it was smaller than I need.

The box inside the Amazon box didn't appear damaged, but when I took out the product from the box, then removed the bubble wrap, so like 3-layer protection-right? Not so much. The bamboo was super warped; all of the silverware separation slot dividers were bent like a rainbow. I had to manually reposition all the divider pieces and sort of reconstruct to get it back together, and I might understand somewhat if it was wet, but it wasn't. A couple of the corners on the outside had damaged staples, and not even heavy duty staples, more like the staples you would see in your paper stapler. No wonder they were bent. The O.N.L.Y. reason I am not sending this back is because it FITS the drawer perfectly (After reconstructing and waiting for wood to straighten out a little) and all of our flatware just looks so nice in there............... I feel like I'm mad and happy, all at the same time. I'll probably get out the super-glue later on to fix the weak staples and any of the still warped wood dividers to keep things in place better. For nearly $50 (Before the discount coupon) I would certainly expect better quality.

Plenty of compartment space to help organize a large kitchen drawer. I planned on modify this for my own application. It does not get a workout laying in drawer but has held up for a long time. This is my 2nd one to use for another drawer

I think maybe they should try better nails and some good glue. Too bad because it looks very nice otherwise. Also did not arrive with the skid sheet to keep it from moving around in the drawer

I have bought this product more then once and every time the slats break. I put less silverware in them this time thinking it may have been my fault putting too much in last time but it still broke. I am so disappointed that I spent good money wanting a quality item to last and it didn't. A piece of garbage

the 2 sides extend about 2.5 to 3"s each which make it great for plasticware etc. It closed was bigger than we anticipated yet worked out perfectlyIf your doubting on getting this , just go gor it holds everything and when you think your out of room , surprise another compartment .Looks great and is a nice addition to our pantry (we live in apartment ) I don't think this would fit in a regular size drawerjust measured it , about 17.7 deep or long and 19.2 wide and that is not even fully extended on both sidesIf you look at the picture it has both sides extended (you can see slight notches or corners at the top of pic)

I bought this item because I wanted to organize my kitchen drawer. I have a very large and deep drawer, and this item was the largest and deepest I could find.I received it on time, and the build is quite strong. It still doesn’t quite expand to the width of my drawer, but the remaining acts like a last large compartment, which is good.It is heavy enough that it doesn’t move around, and the wood smells nice.I have received it recently, I am wondering how it will hold with time, especially because I sometime add wet ustensiles to my drawers. I hope it doesn’t get mold or change color.I will update my review if this happens !

Overall a good product, but over the past few months I've had a problem with some warping. I'm finding myself having to reconnect the parts, but it is bamboo. Humidity reeks all kinds of havoc.

OverviewNo question...it will hold a lot of flatware.After about 1 year...one of the outer pieces (part of the outer frame) came loose. It was only stapled in...I removed the staple altogether and just used carpenters glue. Problem solved...but it should have been glued in the first placeIt's made to hold a lot of pieces (the biggest one I could find) so that needs to be considered in how it is constructed. It should have been nailed and glued from the factory. Pros-Huge, holds a ton of flatware-Bamboo wood it really dense...should not crackCons-Stapled together. It will eventually come apart. Nothing a bit of glue won't fix...but...the OEM should know that...-Very expensive...Recommendation – Would buy not it again and would not recommend.<---Click below if you found this review helpful--->
