Carpoint Car Top Cover large Water Resistant Polyester Ice Frost Snow 100% Polyester Coating

I have used this once and on removal after a light frost the night before the car was wet through underneath it. Had it frozen badly overnight I would not have been able to remove the cover at all. I put it on a completely dry car too!! I now have two useless covers and am £30+ lighter in pocket, What a waste of money.

This is cheap so I didn't expect much....but got even less than I expected! It just about covered the top of my Audi A4 Cabrio and the attachments were flimsy but ok although the cover does lift with the slightest amount of wind. However, my big gripe is that it is supposed to be water resistant. After one (heavyish) shower the car soft top under the cover was soaked....so it will protect against debris and muck but not water which is what I wanted it to do! Save yourself money and buy a more expensive one that does do what it says on the tin (as I have just done!!).

The cover arrived promptly, but the impression from the photograph for the average saloon is misleading. When it arrived, the cover only covered the car windscreen and not the rear screen. If buying one go for the largest, not as we did.

Light weight quality and doesn’t cover all the windows on my wife’s Beetle so although large size, not very large. plastic clips not the best either but on the whole, does the job.

Really useful car cover, fits over the front and rear windows of my Puma. I just need to learn to stretch the elastic tapes tight as a couple of times one corner has got loose. They hook on the wheels of my car and do hold well when I do a better job of it. Keeps the rain off, frost too now we're getting a bit of that.

Just got this n I am looking forward to putting it on my car!... Hopefully it keeps the snow n frost off my car windscreen

Useful as a sunshade, material might be waterproof, but it certainly is not weather resistant. The light material becomes airborne in the lightest breeze, not helped by inadequate tie points. Might work with some models but had to remove it from my Honda Accord within half an hour of fitting it to avoid material damage to the cover as it flapped wildly in the breeze.

The cover arrived quickly and OK, BUT when I came to fit it, it only covered half way down the screens and was very flimsy. I gave it to a friend who had a Mini, only just fitted that. The photo cannot be the same one
