OSoGood Professional Pet Spritzer Thrixsolene® Activated Infused with Co-Q10 Anti-Bacterial Anti-Fungal 250ml

The manufacturer of this product kindly sent me a complimentary bottle (I've since bought two more) to test because I had used a similar product called DermOpt with great success. This uses the same key ingredient and so far appears to work in the same way. I've only used it for a short time so far but will update this review as time goes by.I use it on my cat who is allergic to perhaps several things. This leads to over grooming, and sore, bald patches. It's been a lifelong problem. I used to get steroid injections twice a year at huge expense from the vet, but DermOpt stopped that completely and was a life saver. If this does the same job, and so far it seems to be doing, I'll be very happy.It has a pump action spray that's very fine and my cat isn't too bothered when I use it. In fact, because I use a rubber-toothed brush to work it through the fur and into the skin, he usually ends up purring. The smell is very mild and if I feed him straight after using the spray, he forgets I've even done it. You can spray straight onto sore skin. It has a soothing effect on my cat.One observation for the manufacturer – you need a new logo! It's really hard, without really peering closely, to even read the name of the product and it doesn't really say what it's for on the front. If it was on a shelf in a shop it would be ignored.Update: So I've been using this for a few weeks now and my cat is going through a particularly bad patch (this time of year is always worse, presumably because of pollen and grass clippings etc). He'd licked a few square inches of fur down to the skin, which was red and sore. Previously I'd be off to the vet at this point. I've been using the spray diligently every day, and gradually the sore patch has stopped irritating him and the fur is growing back very nicely. He hasn't entirely stopped licking himself, but he's now much more relaxed and able to sleep properly. So it seems this stuff works as I hoped it would. It doesn't work overnight for really bad itching and red skin, but keep at it and it does work.

i have two Chocolate Labrador dogs they both have skin problems (especially the female - Poppy) we have used an other Thrixolene product in the past with huge positive results. This osogood spritzer is the only product now on the market that uses Thrixolene (a proven useful product) - and it has indeed been very useful for my dogs. The spritzer is a ideal way of getting the product onto the fur of the dogs, but (as the instructions point out) it needs massaging into the skin of the dog to get the best results. I cannot speak too well about this product it has done for my dogs that which many visits to the vets (and about £150 in cost) could not do. It continues to keep my dogs fur growing without the huge bald patches which it had before I started using it.Bought 3 more spritzers. It makes my dogs skin shine, lovely and smooth. I use this all the time, it continues to heal my pets skin problems, a thing which the Vets could not do. I continue to highly recommend this product.

This has eased my dog scratching, but I have to use it every day. I have bought the shampoo so will use that as well hoping that my dog will completely stop scratching. I have been to the Vets and I use Flea medication, but she is still scratching, however this may be from the badger and foxes which my dog is always chasing.

Poppy - my 3 year old black labrador, over the past few months has been nibbling at her feet constantly. I have checked them thoroughly - even using a magnifying glass - and can find absolutely nothing there. Reading the reviews of this product - I thought I would give it a go and have since been using it for the past number of weeks and the results have been just great. All licking, nibbling has come to an end. I am using this every other week, along with a daily 15ml of Lintbells Yumega Plus on her dinner each night. It smells lovely and Poppy is perfectly happy for her feet to be sprayed. I would certainly recommend this product.

Now, this works. Lovely shine evident when my little terriers coat is dry. Lovely clean smell to my lass. People have actually remarked on how well she looks, so the handy cleaning and conditioning of this easy to use spray is a godsend. Thanks.

Waste of money - I was looking forward to getting this after all the positive reviews however I swear it's just filled with stale , stagnant water. Would not recommend

It's ok, my bull terrier gets a grass allergy, and a really itchy belly, soothes it a tiny bit. Won't be buying again

This seems to be a good spray to help stop my dog itching so much . I have only used it a few times and it seems to be helping . I have tried a numerous amount of things to help her and so far this is the only one I have tried with what seems to be good no great results . She doesn't scratch half as much .
