Ecam Hardware Floating Shelf Bracket, Set of 2, 5 Inch Size, Blind Shelf Supports Made of Heavy Duty Steel

Just received hardware in mail. One of the pins is not even close to being straight. On a 4 5/8" run, it was out by 3/16'. This makesit impossible for drilling the correct width. Product needs to be returned.

The long portion of the bracket broke apart from the flat part of the bracket. The hardware came with no instructions or information on the correct size for the drill bit or screws.

The brackets worked perfectly for our floating shelf.
