Rubbish!
I didn't buy from this company, but I bought 4 of these. What a mistake! The perches are far too close together and are held up by flimsy pieces of batten so they fall off if not screwed to the main house. The removable tray is nearly impossible to get out to clean as all the bedding gets stuck behind it.. You have to fix the top and then thebottom when making the coop or the tray doesn't fit properly and just falls out. Poop gets stuck to the wood and you really need a pressure washer and stiff brush to give it a good clean, but be careful because the wood is very soft. The dividers between the nest boxes are flimsy and just slot in, so fall out easily. I would say no more than 8 birds unless you want to reposition the perches.

good value.
Not quite as robust as expected but still serves purpose.Needs two people to build but instructions clear and everthing supplied. My birds took to it quite quickly. Overall.good value.

Good design sullied by poor quality and ill fitting materials.
This chicken coop is a major disappointment! Fly weight construction using thin second rate materials.Base of the nesting boxes (x2) didn't come close to fitting, leaving gaps between the slats and sagging in the middle (unusable in their original state). The design didn't allow for any strength! The bottom of the nesting boxes had to be supported by adding in a new floor. The silver metal on the 'slide out' base is so thin you could be forgiven for mistaking it for cooking foil. Even the plastic 'shoes' attached to each foot are loose fitting. If designed to keep out rain and prevent rot, then sadly this arrangement will fail. The design is good. A well thought out arrangement. If the manufacturer increased the quality of build and matched this with appropriate materials then this coop could be a winner.

chicken coop
Easy to assemble, although it has only been up for 3 day's and the first winds blew half the roof off

Delivery was arranged over the phone and I was given a delivery date with a time window of anytime between 9-5. It took me around 1 hour to put it together on my own with the help of a cordless screwdriver. It appears to be well made and the wood has been treated with a coat of preservative. The coop is made of soft pine but does appear to be solid enough and looks good in my garden. It'll easily take my 12 hybrid Browns with room to spare. 1 point to note is that my coop came with 5 laying bays and not the 4 that is advertised, but I've taken that as a bonus. This is a good sized coop and am very happy with the price I paid.

It was as expected, simple to assemble, it ...
It was as expected, simple to assemble, it was however damaged and I'm guessing in transit. The damage was not enough to spoil it being used and as the birds were arriving 2 days later, we didn't have any choice but to erect and use it. A shame of course but I do not hold the supplier responsible and the practicalities meant that we will be keeping it. anything further please contact me on 01985 248205.RegardsMichael S. McBride

Needs a lot of additional work - Not fox protected just fox delay.
Coop and Run are nice for next day delivery. The excessive nesting boxes are not needed as 3 would have been enough as they are small and below the standard size of what a nesting box should be which is 12in by 12in by 12 in, not 12in by 10 by 8in wide, also these no barrier for the nesting bedding to be placed without the chicken kicking the eggs out or the bedding out very messy.Delivery was damaged as I signed all damaged boxes items were replaced, so my weekend was a bit tricky as I had to wait for many important elements, as the websites does mention about damaged parcels you would think they have corrected their services but no, you call and apparently they sell 50,000 of these per day.Additional work, to add another mesh on the run, to add a barrier to protect the eggs and bedding from rolling over.
