You will need some level of knowledge and competence to wire the switch.
There were no instructions in the package for wiring the switch so you will need to know what you are doing. However, the switch was fitted by my husband who is an electrical engineer. It looks good and works well.

This product was the exact colour as previously broken one [clumsy cause] I have only one comment - I did not expect to have to assemble it and still not sure, I'll have to get an electrician.

Overpriced, cheaply made self-assembly switch. Looks ok and works fine.
Overpriced and very light-weight. Kept in place by the weight of the cable. Important to wire it up in situ, or thinking about the rotational aspect of the cables, so that the switch is in the correct position. Self-assembly of the switch might stump some people. Functions perfectly well and looks fine with matching cable leading to brass-coloured floor lamp.

Formschöner Fußschalter, dessen Gehäusehälften entgegen anderen Schaltern praktischerweise verschraubt sind - daher kein Abbrechen irgendwelcher Kunststoffhaltezapfen. Aufgrund einfachem und logischem Aufbau einfach zu montieren.
