The poor direct translation of the name is unhelpful as it should be called a GLOVE mouse. I would love to be able to afford a second one to use at work with my laptop :) This is the most comfortable ergonomic mouse I've tried and I have tried many!! Your whole hand lies on this comfortable curved design which also supports your wrists: so if you've got any issues with finger or wrist joints (i.e. arthritis) - it's a joy to use as there's no strain on any joint. If you're in pain or your joints are tender or swollen your hand simply lies in the 'bed' of this mouse - it's so ergonomic it causes no flexion in any joint as the buttons are controlled with the tips of your fingers. It's very comfortable and quite comforting to know that your 'sore paw' isn't being strained in any way! It's very light - that's the big issue I have with most ergonomic mice - why can't we have weightless watch-type batteries for our 'mice' instead of heavy AA or AAA batteries? Because your hand lies on this mouse you use slightly larger movements than you would with a smaller mouse - but it's so comfortable that once you've gotten used to it you hardly notice it anymore. I've had mine for over 2 years and I'm still happy with it. Please look at their website before you buy as you'll need to measure your hand to get the right size to fit you. http://www.handshoemouse.com/
