Squeeze the pump and attach the cupping head to the oiled skin. Then with circular and/or zig-zag movements move the cupping glass all over the skin. The massage length is individually selectable. After the massage rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature at more than 18°C. Procedure to 5-24. Repeat once a day. We recommend 2-4 massage courses per year.
