The item isn't as big as it looks in the photos and feels quite weak. The frame was also quite sticky from whatever treatment/varnish had been put on the wood.With the proviso that it isn't as big as expected, if you carefully arrange shoes, you can get 16 pairs on it.

Beware of splinters on all parts. Split in places. Parts have been 'fixed' heavily. Huge dollops of unsightly glue And two of the screws just don't go in all the way at all. Also the alum key given , wears down as you use it, useless towards the end. Rickety, not level to floor. More fragile than photo suggests. A lot smaller than photo suggests. I should have gone to Argos, for the same money .

Love it! I actually wanted a shoe rack for boots. I managed to fit quite a few pairs of boots on this shoe rack. It is light enough to carry when made. it arrived quickly with no hassle. On the top shelf a turned one of the boots around to face the other way, that way I fitted 4 pairs of boots on the top. On the very bottom I lay down one pair of thigh high boots and 2 pairs of knee high boots. I am very pleased.

Excellent service, delivered well before delivery due date and delivered on a Sunday. Very simple to assemble without the need for the instructions or a screwdriver as it came with its own alan key screws and alan key. It is sturdy and excellent quality. Needed it to put in my kitchen storage cupboard ("Narnia"!) to tidy shoes and have more shelves to keep things tidy and easy to find, this does the job perfectly so I will be ordering more for my wardrobes! Would definitely recommend this product!

Received quicker than expected. So far so good, only criticism is that it is slightly wobbly (my husband assured me that it had nothing to do with his building!). Kids like it so that's the main thing, and they're actually using it so that's a bonus!

Just right for storing shoes in the hall cupboard. Saves climbing the stairs for tennis shoes etc. Neat space saving item.

Extremely sturdy, looks nice, arrived on time: well worth the money....oh and easy to put together (even for a woman)
