Great heaters and great price compared to others.3 bar heater, each bar is 400watt, giving total 1200weconomical to run as well, centre bar is powered bythe main switch (orange), 2nd switch is top bar,3rd switch is the bottom bar, 4th switch enablesthe oscillating mode, heater moves from left to rightand back again, approx 180 degrees. Heater comeswith 5ft of mains cable..This heater must stand onthe floor to enable the cut out switch to work, if theheater is knocked over the heater will automaticallyswitch off, Changing the heater bars, 8 side screwson the back have to be removed as well as 2 screwson the sides at top, this gives you access to the frontof the heater, lift of the guard & gauze for access to bars.Do not touch new bars with fingers, use tissue or otherto avoid fingerprints / oils that will damage the new bars.Do note before ordering new bars, that there are variousdifferent sizes for this type of heater.

Great value - smart and efficient. Only complaint is that the cable could be a little longer.PS - I must be lucky having read the recent "one star "reviews because both of mine have been working well for the last few weeks.And two for one was a steal - quality and appearance are both excellent. So I guess time will tell but the original one I have had for a year or so has never needed a replacement bulb, so I am ever hopeful that these two will be the same.

Bought for myself as here in Scotland it gets a bit chilly from time to time. Great for heating you up quickly and the heat stays in the room for a while after turning it off. Also, it is easy to put together. My only criticism is that it is not very steady on carpet but you just have to be careful. Other than that I like it a lot.

These are very cheap so it's not so bad when something goes wrong, but these are very cheap so something will go wrong. 2 bulbs failed after just 3 weeks. Compared to my last cheapo heater that ran for years these are much brighter and give off less heat, I guess that's something to do with how efficiently it converts energy to light.Edit: after another couple of weeks my 2nd unit has now failed. These are just rubbish. Seller has been very helpful, offering to refund or replace.

I had 4 slightly larger models of this which are great when they work. The lamp never went out but the buttons broke on all 4 of them. these ones are smaller and give amazing heat (they now have rocker switches instead of push in!) but the cut out button underneath does not go in far enough so it does not work as it should. I'm trying to think of a way to jam the button in so that they work as they do a really good job. Shame the build is so cheap and nasty.

Two for the price of one and super heaters. Bought mine for the shed and they heat up in seconds to give warmth all around with the oscillating base.Three heat settings means you can have as much or as little as you want, saving you money but keeping you warm into the bargain. Ideal for a reasonable sized room in the home or office, with built in button to shut down the heat if the item should topple over.Would highly recommend these heaters

Started off well - easy to assemble, good heat output.Within one month of using no more than one hour per day, one machine blew a bulb then the on / off switch failed; the on / off switch on the second machine failed quickly after. I now need to order new heaters.

Great little fires , a bargin and very handy to have around when you just need a little heat at your feet, cheaper than buying replacement elements on my existing fire, bought two just to keep a spare one. Well packaged and safely delivered
