The price is very good and it covers shoulders and some of upper back. The soft side feels soft and comfortable.

Helps to Alleviate Pain
Fit nicely over shoulders and back. Easy to put on. Eased the morning pain I was having. Put it in the plastic bag that came with it, then put in freezer. Takeout when needed.

Useless. No gel in neck portion.
There is no gel in the neck portion. Why did they even bother making a neck portion if they weren't going to put gel in there? This might work okay for just the upper back. I wouldn't know because I didn't bother trying it. I needed something for my neck, and this product just let me down by not delivering on its promise.
