Gtech AirRam MK2 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner (Renewed)

The gtech was as described. A reconditioned unit in excellent condition. Delivery was on time. Very pleased with my purchase.

I thought this item was rubbish it was dirty and it wasn't even cleaned out and it runs like a dead donkey I will never buy this again or by anything else of your company

This little very handy machine works a charm... Had a few issues to begin with and contacted the seller about it...had to send the first one back as couldn't get in hoover position as Very very stiff... When eventually got in position the spring broke...Very good on response and had another 1 delivered... Very prompt and now I'm 1 happy lady to have my hoover working right...Would recommend this to anyone.... Absolutely brilliant machine as had to buy another to replace my old one.Thank you to all the staff of Mr Dysons sales for helping me.

Addressed my problems efficiently and quickly

This item was sent back due to not being as described. Renewed, maybe, but very scratched and still full of dust/debris. Certainly not worth £199.95. I was able to send this back and claim a refund for the item (this was very swift), however, I had to pay the cost of return myself (£13.75) and provide proof of sending with the receipt from the post office. I received only £12.50 postage cost back and was informed by Amazon that this was. ‘goodwill refund’. £1.25 is not worth the mither of more messaging to me, but it obviously is to Beryl of Mr Dyson Sales. Poor customer service.

I would like to thank Mr Dyson for being very helpful and understanding of our position with this item and am very grateful for their cooperation. All now resolved happily

Light Weight Easy To Use.

Very poor.Altho it was refurbished I expected the quality to be slightly better!It was still dirty as if it had just been packed up following someone returning it!We sent it straight back!
