Easy to make, good result and nice flavour.
Worked really well, good flavour, didn’t form a dough for me, more of a paste but then I used melted spread instead of butter, so I cooked it as one large slab and then cut it up to finish for a few minutes. It’s very light which is actually really nice. You do need to let it cool completely and also mine took a few minutes longer due to doing it as one large slab. Overall, happy with it. Would buy again.

Tasty
You get used to things tasting a little bit different without regular flour and sugar and so I think these do very well. Lovely taste of ginger and spices, texture is good (be sure to let them cool completely before tasting). I’ve missed biscuits in the morning with my tea and these hit the spot while following a low carb diet.

On time with a long shelf life
Really easy to make and suitable for me as a T1 diabetic. Recommend cooking them longer and rolling them thinner if you like crispy gingerbread men. I added a load more ginger too as I thought the taste was too subtle. They looked the part and are the best keto recipe I’ve tried. Excellent

Very disappointed
Although instructions followed it took a lot longer to bake than the packet advised and the middle remained soft and stodgy.

Great product
Despite being a little pricey we were very pleased with this prpduct. It was easy to make, tasted delicious and my type 1 diabetic granddaughter was able to enjoy these biscuits with us.

Reminds me of Christmas
I couldn’t wait to try this mix as it’s the only Groovy Keto mix I haven’t tried yet. They were very easy to make and tasted delicious. The smell reminded me of Christmas. Will be ordering again.
