Is it high strenght and also how active is it** A: I have checked the packaging and it does not give a percentage of allicin, there is also aloe barbdensis in the gel. I have used it topically for my pony who has a stappyloccucus resistant infection and a fungal infection on his tail. While he is on antibiotics the severity of the damage to the tail has been immense and has been treated with sterile manuka honey and allicin gel. The smell is very potent which keeps the flies away. There has actually been an improvement in how they look which is more than I can say for most toenail fungus products I have tried.
