Must have read for anyone making a planning application in the UK.
A very well written book on the process you have to go through to get planning permission in the UK. The book gives great examples, is easy to understand and while it’s maybe more suited to smaller projects really explains the complexities of the British planning system. If you have a planning application that you need to submit this book is one you should have in your back pocket.

Provides good coverage of the planning world overall, but if you're to looking to get a deeper understanding on some of the chapter, looking at Local Authorities supporting documents proves working very well.It is a great book to have on the shelf when you need it.
