Over all this is excellent. It works great for sleeping on my back. But it is way too firm to use as a pillow while side sleeping. The product description and pictures show people side sleeping with this pillow, but there is no way that is possible.

I had my doubts about this cervical pillow, but decided to take a chance and purchased it. Let me explain that to find that sweet spot of comfort I need a pillow that tips my head back just a little, a pillow that keeps its' shape and yet is soft enough to cushion my neck and head. Well, color me surprised and very pleased because this little pillow does it all. On top of all this goodness, it seems to help my lumbar subluxation. I definitely get a better nights' sleep. It was an excellent purchase.

Not soft & too thick!

I would not say it is 'soft.' I would call it firm. Wasn't that helpful as I was looking for something actually soft. If you like firm support it should work for you - made decently.

The quality of this product is really nice, but I did not like the comfort of this product. It did not relieve neck pain for me, but it was a good price. It honestly left my neck, more stiff than what it was prior to buying this. I feel like honestly it just wasn’t the right size for me which is all right but someone else might like it better. The inside of it was a little harder than I expected it to be and I think that’s what made it so stiff and my neck hurt more.

I was using plushies & round bolster pillows until I found this. Always fell asleep on them asap (frequently by accident too) vs my usual pillow. Regular pillows (even the expensive ones & those from my chiro) just leave me hurting in the mornings & my migraines getting worse. I don’t fall asleep as easily.This one is just a dream. I’m a side sleeper but occasionally fall asleep on my back. This is the firmness necessary for both & so it can do its job. I would seriously travel with this too if I could just leave a millimeter of extra space in my stuffed luggages. It’s tiny & light but does it’s job well. I recommend it to everyone. My 3 herniated discs + migraines are a lot happier. Wish it came with pillow cases tho.If I had to compare it to anything, it’s like sleeping with someone in a cuddle and having their strong arm under your neck supporting your head & neck. But better. Your spine stays in perfect alignment.I’ve already recommended it to my family. I’m now recommending it to you.

Pillow is very comfortable and fits perfectly under my neck. I love the support it offers. I use it when stretching my legs while laying on my back. and during yin yoga.
