The Sweet Banana Pepper variety has a mild, sweet taste, and are often picked, stuffed or use in salads. Sow January-April; harvest July-October. Also known as the Yellow Wax Pepper or Banana Chilli, the peppers are typically bright yellow, but ripen to red or orange.
