About half inch. The principle of the pan with grill is good but the gauge of the metal is such that at high heat, the pan warps. Doesn’t seem to affect performance and does return to shape when it cools.

Q: What are the inside dimensions and which side is the hole on?

The hole is in the middle of the longer side.

Q: Will this fit under the Maytag 6.2 cu ft washing machine? Dimensions are 29x28.5

Mine is a Samsung 4.3 cu ft 27 x 29.25There's not much extra room on the depth but I have at least 2-3 inches extra on the side.
