Much better than expected. I bought two sets, but realised upon receipt that one was enough to cover the small area I had in mind. The instructions come in a typical "Chinglish" arrangement, and are printed in very tiny print in poor quality. However, the operation of these units is pretty easy to fathom out if you spend a little while playing with them.There is no power supply provided, as the lights are designed to work from a USB socket. I mounted the light strips to the wooden shelving above my computer desk, to throw the light downwards onto my work/gaming space. How long the self-adhesive backing will keep them in place is anyone's guess, but it appears to by very good quality adhesive and is pretty sticky.Working out the connections can be a little daunting. For ease of connection, just be sure to observe the markings on the controller unit (with the USB cable and remote receiver coming out of it), and ensure you connect the cables (with the connector sets provided) with the arrow markings on the plugs pointing to the 5v power pin labels. This will make sense when you see it for yourself, but in short, it's simply about continuity within the electrical circuit. If you connect a strip the wrong way round, it won't work, and neither will subsequent connected strips. Unpack the components and look at them CLOSELY before installing anywhere. You will see that all connections are clearly marked.The handheld remote is a nice size, and thin enough to be velcro'd somewhere if desired without being obtrusive. It appears to be of very good quality, does not want to fall apart, and seems very effective in controlling the lighting arrangement from several feet away. It helps to have the IR receiver facing the correct way too. This is the white cable coming out of the controller module. If the "bulge" on the receiver is facing away from the handheld remote, it may not function as well.The colours are vivid and very bright for such a small system. It certainly gives the desired effect to my gaming area in the dark. Great atmospheric feel. There are a number of settings available, including 6 buttons to which you can assign your own colour/brightness settings.This system isn't exactly what I was looking for, but it was the closest match I could find. All in all though, I do not regret this purchase. Fantastic bit of of kit at an amazing price. I might buy more!

First of all I had problems getting the less to sinc up. I found out you have to put them in the right way which to me was plugging in the oposite end. I used this in a jukebox 2 were put on the side another strip was used to run at the top of the jukebox to the other side so I could put 2 more in. This way all 5 run off the same usb and remote and they look really good and bright. An added bonus which I didn’t expect with running the strip at the top and inside the jukebox I now have an internal light. I had to buy 2 kits to do this though but I now have spare parts if needed.

Instructions so small you need a magnifying glass to read them. Very very fiddly. Need to hook up in a specific order to get them all the same colour, which is very difficult if your TV is on the wall. Do not buy

Great TV Mood lightingI've brought two sets of these lights for a 42 inch and 36inch TV.Easy to install. Sticks very well.Looks fantastic in the different colors and cosy at night.

REALLY BAD. Bought these for behind my tv, when the came I couldn't see what they wouldn't work once plugged in. Then after a while of fiddling about, got them on but only 1 strip worked properly! The others only had very dim blue and red lights working. Very bad product, can get better for the money. Wouldnt trust the reviews as they all seem to be done by fake profiles!!

speedy delivery ， great quality，very happy. Given out as part of present for a friend who just moved home, and she was satisfied . Can not ask for more for the price.

The adhesive unfortunately failed me after only a couple weeks of having using it, but works well and as described.
