Good Kitchen scissors
I bought these scissors to use on cutting up fish and chicken. Bit hard to use but very sharp.

Poor design, not sharp, nor strong enough
Not a strong pair as it looks and sounds. The opener side stumbles across a cut as well as it literally shortens the length of cut - not comfortable at all!
