Review: The best pens in my opinion - I've loved Staedtler pens ever since I was at school almost 30 years ago. They're tough, they're solidy made and don't fall apart, and they last a good long while. They also feel smooth while writing. I'm not sure they're quite as smooth as Bic pens, but these feel a bit more "substantial" when gripping them. These Staedtlers also have a better weight to them, which seems to help with smoother handwriting. Seeing this pack with 3x black, 3x blue, 2x red and 2x green for less than Β£5 is a bargain. So I ordered it. ENDED UP WITH AN EXTRA RED PEN AND ONLY ONE GREEN, so I've left a separate seller review to reflect this. That said, all the pens work as expected, and will no doubt last a few years. Happy customer. :) ## Features - STAEDTLER Stick 430M Ballpoint Pen Medium Mixed Colours x 10 - Brand: STAEDTLER - Color: Multicolor ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B007XJ6UE6 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Age range (description) | Adult | | Animal Theme | no animal theme | | Best Sellers Rank | 16,710 in Stationery & Office Supplies ( See Top 100 in Stationery & Office Supplies ) 79 in Stick Ballpoint Pens | | Body Shape | Cylindrical | | Brand | STAEDTLER | | Brand Name | STAEDTLER | | Closure Type | Snap | | Colour | Multicolor | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 795 Reviews | | Drill Point | Medium | | Grip Type | Contoured | | Included Components | Ballpoint Pen Refills, 10 x Assorted Colors | | Ink Base | Hybrid | | Ink Colour | Multicolor | | Ink colour | Multicolor | | Is the Product Left or Right Handed? | Ambidextrous | | Item Diameter | 1 Centimetres | | Item Dimensions | 17 x 10 x 3 centimetres | | Item Weight | 0.07 Kilograms | | Line Size | 0_5mm | | Manufacturer | STAEDTLER | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Name | STAEDTLER | | Model Number | 430M | | Recommended Uses For Product | Writing | | Special Features | Quick Drying | | Style | Stick | | Subject Character | no subject character | | Unit Count | 1 count | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | | Writing Instrument Form | Ballpoint Pen | | Writing Technique | ballpoint | | Writing instrument form | Ballpoint Pen | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Adult - **Brand:** STAEDTLER - **Colour:** Multicolor - **Ink colour:** Multicolor - **Material:** Plastic - **Model name:** STAEDTLER - **Point type:** Medium - **Special feature:** Quick Drying - **Unit count:** 1 count - **Writing instrument form:** Ballpoint Pen ## Images ![STAEDTLER Stick 430M Ballpoint Pen Medium Mixed Colours x 10 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6150oAd2ofL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How do these compare with bic? Happy customer. :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best brand pen EVER!! *by G***N on 18 March 2024* If you have never tried this brand of ballpen, give them a try! I have to confess I am a Staedtler 430 fan. Have used these pens since coming across them at school aged 10. 40 years later, they are the ONLY pen I use. I have tried others over the years, including Bic (which I find uncomfortable to hold). Staedtler 430 suit my hand & handwriting style. They are often 'borrowed' at work .. .. but never returned. People always say how nice they are to write with. Would recommend these pens for home, office, school etc. Hard to find in supermarkets but Amazon always sell relatively cheaply. Works out less than 50p a pen. Always really sturdy quality & never let me down. Best pens ever! Thank you Staedtler. ## Frequently Bought Together - STAEDTLER Stick 430M Ballpoint Pen Medium Mixed Colours x 10 - STAEDTLER Stick 430 M-9 Ballpoint Pen Medium - Black (Box of 10) - STAEDTLER Stick Ball Point Pen Medium Blue Pack of 10 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/50157038-staedtler-stick-430m-ballpoint-pen-medium-mixed-colours-x-10](https://www.desertcart.be/products/50157038-staedtler-stick-430m-ballpoint-pen-medium-mixed-colours-x-10) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
