This is an accurate replica of the Sutton Hoo Helmet retrieved from a buried boat in the town of Sutton Hoo, England. This replica is made from 18 gauge Iron steel and will polish to high sheen. It is a strongly constructed replica, fully wearable and adult size with adjustable straps. A padded inner cap would be recommended if you intend to wear it though.
