Definitely smaller than what you imagine from the picture. One side is about the size of TicTac. I like the dim and warm feeling light that can create good mood for my significant other. However, it is definitely weak light source if you are thinking about making your room light up by this. I like this because my house is not that big and fits perfectly on my bed's headrest. It comes with a salt rock, led light source and usb cord that you can turn on/off the electricity. simply you can think it as the light goes through the salt rock to make the color. I believe if you have different colored water bottle, you can replace with salt rock to change the color.In sum, I recommend for those who are looking for making good mood but it is not strong light source.

This salt lamp is perfect for a night light as well as a salt lamp. I leave it next to my bedside table and it emits the perfect glow for unwinding for bed. The item is powered by USB and I just use a usb to outlet plug and leave it plugged in all the time. The cord is even long enough to put on a dress or tall item. The item is also heavy enough that it wont fall over but light enough to move easily. I suggest this product to anyone who wants a salt lamp and knows the benefits.

I'm happy with my salt lamp. Mine is very light colored compared to others I've seen. It's more of a white color. Being light colored, it puts out more light than I would expect. I have another light that gets really hot but not this one. It stays cool no matter how long it stays on. I leave it on my desk to use during the day to help clean the air.

Love the wonderful salt lamp, it is so cute and a perfect size for my desk. The lighting switch is a small push button on/off and it is a click on Himalayan Natural LED Block. This thing is great for so many different things like it clears the air you breathe, reduces your allergy symptoms, cleans the enviornment and leaves you feeling amazing. Who doesn't love salt lamps? They make amazing Christmas presents and for anyone who has someone who smokes in the family, this is a must have..

Real Himalayan Pink Salt Rock! (I licked it to confirm). Package was wrapped well, however the wooden base had some scratches on the white side? This did not bother me however as the rock would be placed on top to cover it anyway. The effect that is produced once you put the rock on top of the light is very beautiful! The ability to turn the light on & off is much better than having to worry about your salt lamp being on fire. This option is much safer than other options out there and actually looks more modern and elegant.

I wish it had a dimmer instead of an on/off switch. The switch needs to a lot closer to the lamp. Right now it’s closer to the power end. I bought two of these lamps and both only came with a USB cord for power. So if you want to connect it to a grounded three-prong outlet, you will have to buy a converter to do so.

This was nothing like the picture. It came with a HUGE chunk in the corner missing. Even worse, when you turn it on it’s completely white. Himalayan lamps should be a soft amber. Returned.

I love the look of this little lamp, but I should have done my research before purchasing.... Salt ONLY releases negative ions when heated, and the LED light on this lamp is cool to the touch even after having it on for 7 hours now :-( It's cute, but for $20 for something this size I really wanted the health benefits of the negative ions. Not going to happen at room temperature. Now I know, when it comes to salt lamps, the warmer the better. It's too late for me, but it's not too late for you! Buy something that heats up.
