Jenny from AVKANS support was amazing. I had disabled my own camera functionality so I could no longer control it. Jenny was able to analyze what was going on, remote in to my computer and fix the issue. Not only did she fix it she showed me along the way what I had done to disable it. She also updated firmware for me. I have nothing but praises for this type of support!! I definitely will buy more camera's and AVKANs equipment with this kind of support. I purchase one of these cameras for my church. It went so well that I purchased two more. Have had zero issues and the tech support has been great. I've reached out with questions and get a very quick response. Recently ordered the Pro Joystick controller board and working to get that going. Very pleased with my purchase so far and highly recommend. Will report back with an update when I have all the pieces working.

If you don’t have a great budget to start with your live stream, you can still start with this camera. It’s pretty good. Plug and Play!

This camera is well built and doesn't feel cheap. The video quality in my opinion is excellent. However, that is in my studio with optimal lighting. You do have the ability to change setting to improve picture quality, but I didn't have to. Zoom is good and it is easy to pull focus with the controller. The web interface is pretty good as well. controlling the camera works well and setting up presets is very intuitive. I didn't even read the Manuel and had no problem setting up presets. It is a great value for the money. I now own 3 of these 20x cameras and they are all good. My second 2 do NDI along with HDMI, SDI and USB. All of my original opinions on image quality were based on my studio with great lighting. But I have since taken 2, to my church and the image coming from these are actually better than camera that actually cost more than these, even when they are not on sale. If you haven't guessed the lighting in the church is not good. I am super impressed with these cameras. Quality build, ease of use and great image quality!!!
