Best heating blanket ever. Very comfortable, soft and durable. If you wash it with a warm and gentle cycle it will last for a long time. I dont use those with digital control only manual and it has served me very well. Have used these blankets for at least 15 years . A friend bought me the first one from Sears many, many years ago and I never looked back. In the past I tried all kinds of heating blankets including sunbeam and with no exception none survived washing, the electrical component would just stop working, they all shed.

I love use it for heat, and warmth for the winter months.

We received this blanket at the end of November. It is now the beginning of March and it has started randomly shutting off after an hour or two. Having to wake up cold every few hours to turn it back on has been a drag. We loved it otherwise. Buyer beware

It took a long time for the blanket to arrive. Just arrived Yesterday so far I am very pleased with the blanket. The control is much better.

Nice blanket and cozy. The only downfall is when the blanket shuts off, the switch stays lit up. I try to remember to flip it off every morning but one day I forgot and thought I had broke it.

This has been one of the best quality and longest lasting heated blankets we have ever had. My wife uses it year round and it has been going strong. Even if it quits tomorrow, I'd but another in a heartbeat. When the wife is happy, we all are happy!

I switched to Biddeford this year, instead of Sunbeam, so far so good. I found Sunbeam only lasting one season. I'm hoping Biddeford lasts longer. I bought one for my cousin as well. We both love them. I would definitely recommend Biddeford electric blankets.
