Think Twice!
So I bought the first 'Flagship' Wileyfox Storm in 2015 - after returning 3 of them all faulty on arrival I bought a different phone entirely. That phone has now died so thinking QC must have improved and wanting to support a UK company I bought (via Amazon) the Swift 2 x. Within a few hours of setting it up I find that it randomly reboots itself. This gets worse as the day goes on so I email support - to be advised that my ticket will be responded to in up to a weeks time!Do you really think that's good enough for a Brand new handset? Don't you think most people will just return it to the retailer instead.Anyway Google revealed thousands of others with exactly the same problem who just seem to be being fobbed off by Wileyfox. I did a factory reset and even running the phone with not a single app installed the problem persists. So returning to Amazon to buy a more reliable brand.Perhaps I should have known better than to try again!

Poor quality phone even given the cost
Had two of these handsets. The first of these developed an issue with the speaker and was replaced by Amazon. The second handset then started randomly rebooting several times a day. If this happened without me noticing then the phone was essentially off until the pin was entered to start it meaning that I was missing calls, alarms etc.The phone itself while working was fairly slow and there would be a delay in selecting things on screen and the phone responding. The camera on the phone was also lacking and struggled to take a decent image in anything other than perfect daylight. The phone is difficult to get support for even though wileyfox are back they don't seem to respond to messages.the two phones only just managed to last 4 months between them so if your after a reliable handset then I would look elsewhere

... a while before writing a review and its a good job I did
I decided to wait a until a while before writing a review and its a good job I did. the phone itself was a great purchase and worked a treat, Sat nav, Emails, messaging and everything else. Untill this Oreo update and the phone became a nightmare becoming impossibly hot when charging a using Sat nav or gaming, never a prob till after the update. I've had this phone for six months without a prob and now its completely dead it said it had developed a fatal systems error and shut down and despite waiting 6 hours it will not charge or start. I have now purchased a Nokia.

Amazing I love it
Amazing I love it! Charges super fast, works quickly, has true caller installed the list goes on. And the echo dot is brilliant. My only problem and this is really not picky but the sim tray cover makes a slight noise and wobbles slightly when you run your finger over it but that is my only issue

This is a good phone. Battery life is pretty good (3 days with light use just about), it charges fast is reasonably nippy. The antenna is not as good as other phones I've had, with no signal in areas where previously I've had marginal but usable 4g. The camera is acceptable, but again I've had better.Support was great when I had a question about swapping out the dialer app. For the price its great and looks smart.I was going to sell the Dot, but curiosity got the better of me and I have to say its great - Im thinking of getting another one.

Awful, AWFUL company. Do not use.
Update:. It has now been seven months and I still DO NOT have the device back.Initially, the phone appeared to be ok. After a week or so, I started to notice a few little things that were annoying. Content on YouTube was not very smooth; scrolling through menus on the device was also very jerky. Then the device started randomly rebooting itself, but rather than rebooting fully, it would hang on the WileyFox logo, which meant you have to hold the power button in so the device would force another restart. This happens at least once a week. Even after factory resetting the device to rule out any of my downloaded applications causing the issue. Now the device has stopped working completely. WileyFox have had the phone back for repair, but I am now unable to phone them as they will not accept phone calls and they will not respond to any emails. No idea when the device will be returned and it appears many other customers are having the same issues with phone apparently taking months to be returned. Very poor product.

give it 24 hours then it's great
Was very worried at first as it seemed very slow and unresponsive but after 24 hours it was fine and has been a dream even since - presumably it was doing the updates and conversions to full Android 7 from whatever was loaded at the factory.Love the full HD screen and not missing my old phone at all:) Not too laden with bloatware either - thank you for that!Just a pity it didn't tell me anything on start-up unlike my new Lenovo tab that did the same sort of updates on first switch on - that told me what was happening with the kind of Android native messages I'm used to and only took an hour or so to complete...

Swift 2X What to expect...
The phone has got a nice bright display, probably not as impressive as those costing 4 times more and an arm and a leg, but nonetheless the screen is very good. This phone appears to be stuck on Android 7.1.1. Cameras are good for the price but can be slow at times. This phone can EITHER be used as dual SIM (Primary SIM Micro and Secondary SIM Nano) OR Memory card and Nano SIM. The phone has NFC which makes life a bit easier. Fingerprint scanner can be temperamental and it does get frustratingly slow. Speaker is at the bottom of the phone and they are not loud. Phone comes with a USB Type C Cable only, no wall plug which I thought was odd, and No earpiece either! The phone is OK for the price, you can definitely get higher specs phones for less from overseas sites, but I prefer the Amazon peace of mind, and I also got an Echodot included in the price. Good all rounder for the price just don't expect things you'd get on a £600 phone.
