Most fans are quiet at low speeds, but these can ramp up to much higher speeds than you would get on a desktop computer. But they will only do that if youre generating a lot of heat. So if you put an ATOM based board in here the fans would barely need to run, try putting an AMD 3990x or Intel 19980 in there and even those fans screeching like a jet engine wont be enough airflow If noise is an issue though a 3 or even better a 4u case where you can use 120mm or even 140mm fans might be better, and THEN spend money on "good" fans like noctua ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome Chassis for high end servers. *by T***A on 5 December 2020* I am using this chassis in a 42u rack in my data centre.
