Review: Very happy, thanks Mobvoi and desertcart - This is an amazing price for a watch and I received watch with ticpods free. Both have me surprised and very content. First the watch. Nothing spectacular about the looks of the watch but I like the style of it. It's not made of very expensive material which brings the price down and yet it still looks good and seems sturdy. The Google os works great. The watch faces that comes with it is nice and I also downloaded Facer and I have found amazing watch faces here that work great. I did find a watch face that made the watch glitchy so I deleted that one and used another one and it works just fine. I love the speech to text messaging. You can make calls on the watch but really it isn't really practical to do, mostly with any watch I feel, but it works well. This watch does many things that I'm learning still by continously playing with it and learning it. The battery is still improving. I'm letting the charge run down completely and then recharging to 100 percent. This is suppose to improve it. If you go into app settings and turn off notifications and permissions on ones you don't use it helps. I turn off WiFi and just have Bluetooth. I'll turn on wifi at a gym maybe to play music without phone, but I will always have my phone by side usually so wifi stays off. Ok, so next are the ticpods free. So very cool and does Soo much and sounds great. At first I didn't know how to control them and I thought ok I'll just give them as a gift, but I kept playing with them. You have to have them placed in your ear a certain way, they are very sensitive but when you find the sweet spot for everything with these ticpods they are awesome. You have to read the manual and maybe Google them and learn everything about them. I just wish they sent earbud covers of different sizes but they work for me nicely, one ear better than the other though. I can have these in my ear listening to Google play music and tap them to bring up Google assistant and say call sister and then hello, sis is on the phone. Only tiny flaw is you can't go to previous track by touching it, but you can just tell Google to go to prior song and it will. It's pretty amazing. I just think technology is so amazing and I can play with it all day but never really wrap my mind around how these things are done, lol. Alien technology maybe, 👽, lol. I thought I was possibly making a bad decision but once I dove in to learn these products I learned they are quite amazing. Once again thanks Mobvoi for being so affordable for us folks that aren't made of money but still good people. We appreciate a good thing:). After 6 days of use It can last 30 hrs if frugal with energy from charge. If you just use it for what it is, a watch that tells time. Occasionally using the perks. Having the face turned off and turning on by double tapping screen or pushing button. screen on all day it will bring it to around 12-20 hrs from what I noticed with mine. Depending on how much you use I'm guessing. I use weather app, tic health, news, music app, speech texting a little. I like this watch.
Review: Very good product! - UPDATE: April 12, 2018. Having used the Ticwatch E for a while now, I am very satisfied with it. If you manage the applications that are running on the device, it is more than sufficient for day to day needs. I usually run the brightness on 2, and have Bluetooth connection to my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and have it enabled for phone calls. Additionally, sometimes I use the fitness app to track my workout. Under those parameters, the battery needs charging daily. Overall-a great purchase for the money. ---------------------------------------- I recently purchased the Ticwatch E and overall I am pleased with it as my first smart watch. The watch performs all the functions that I wanted (basic time keeping, fitness app, plays music, notifications of text & calls, ability to conduct calls through paired phone, etc). However, as with any other battery operated electronic product, potential purchasers should manage their expectations with regards to battery life. Given the small size of the battery (300 mAh) you can’t expect it to perform like your paired phone with its 3,000+ mAh battery. An understanding of that limitation will go a long way in ensuring you are pleased with the product. My initial evaluation: Setup. One of the most seamless and easiest out of the box setups that I have ever done. It paired perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Aesthetics and Wear. The watch is slightly bigger than the average watch, but is extremely light. Overall I like the look and feel, and find it is easy and comfortable to wear. Applications. The Ticwatch E has a good basic suite of Android Wear apps, to include fitness. The fitness app has many exercises which you can choose for your workout. I downloaded other apps from the Google Play store (weather, Play Music, messaging, etc) and they run with no issues. Day to Day operation and battery life. If the device has an Achilles heel, it is in understanding and managing the limitations of its battery capacity. I have reduced the brightness, turned off wi-fi and GPS, disabled the step counter and Ticwatch Health app. If I really don’t use it for anything but checking the time and looking at a few message notifications, I can easily get 24 hours from it. However, using it normally with a daily workout (30-40 minutes) I use the Google Fitness app, and stream music to my Bluetooth wireless headphones. These apps put a significant drain on the battery, bringing me down into the range of around 8-10 hours before it needs a charge. So to use the watch in a practical manner and get benefit from the apps that most of us want to use a smart watch for, I would plan on charging it at least twice during a typical 24 hour period. I am still experimenting and will report back any significant changes, pro or con. All in all, I think it’s a great buy for the money. Great value-good apps-and reliable functionality.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great budget smart watch - My first smart watch.
*by K***Y on February 1, 2019*

It's a great smart watch for under $200. I got my first smartwatch at $130. The battery starts out a little wonky, but consistent recharging seems to have alleviated this problem. The material is great a thin, light rubber-like band and a super light plastic watch with a nice screen. It is amazingly lightweight, sometimes I forget I'm wearing. Runs wear OS so with an android phone (which I have) it connects so easily I thought I did it wrong. Again, the only issue I had was with the battery and that was solved by itself. As far as the software, it runs smoothly and many watch faces to choose from. Plenty of connectivity to your phone of your choice. You DO NOT need a Samsung or iPhone to operate this watch. I have a newish (summer 2018) Huawei Honor 7X and what's nice is if I upgrade due to a break or something, I won't have to get a new watch. Just log in on my new phone with the app. Like I said, plenty of options for apps to work with, including the basics: messaging, notifications, phone calls. You can take and make phone calls on the watch as well, very cool feature for a smartwatch beginner who thought this budget smartwatch would cut some corners, but it seemingly didn't. All in all, I love this smartwatch, I wear lots of different watches for style and timekeeping, but when I know I'm going to be away or separated from my phone, or I need to see a certain phone call or text, or any situation that would be beneficial to have a smart watch, I wear my Ticwatch. It's still a little expensive compared to some REALLY budget smartwatches, but I bet those aren't up to snuff. Additionally, the lightweight aspect can make the watch feel a little cheap and not so durable, but I don't think this is the case and I haven't had the opportunity to compare it to another smartwatch. In conclusion, 10/10 for everything about the watch including the watch except battery. 9/10 for battery, since it doesn't seem to work straight out the box but still a happy ending.
