Buccaneer's Girl (El capitan pirata) Spanish import, plays in English

Possibly one of the worst pirate films ever made. The singing and dance routines are just awful, and the 2 leads are clearly not up to'carrying' a picture like this. Yvonne is fine as a supporting actor, but her limits are cruelly exposed in this film . The pirate captain, supposedly fearsome, has the manner of a public school classics teacher. Also it has the lamest ending that I have ever seen in an adventure movie. Pirate lovers beware and avoid.

Very entertaining! Yvonne de Carlo in action.Full of humour action and romance.I like the buccaneer pictures very much and recommand this picture.

One for the enthusiast some of the footage is repeated but it is rare footage that I found interesting well edited and well put together.
