In short, Excellent… The general rule-of-thumb where moisture gets into the vehicle and on to the inside of the window glass, happens when the rubber seals surrounding the glass breaks down and becomes perished over time. In our case, and although the vehicle, a Micra, is around 13 years of age, the rubber seals are in perfect condition as the vehicle had spent most of its life garaged.No problems during the warmer months but we came to the conclusion that the moisture was being caused by the marginally damp blankets swathed across the back seats & back rest, there for doggy purposes you understand. Of course if you remove the blankets at the conclusion of every doggy walk, then you’ll not have a problem at all.I purchased one of these items and placed it on the front dashboard. Within three-or-so days, we were left with the merest hint of misting remaining on the inside of the front screen, and a few droplets on the inside of the rear. Three weeks later, and I’ve now purchased and thus placed, a second unit in the middle of the rear shelf. Result? No misting or water droplets whatsoever on the inside of the car. Absolutely delighted and thoroughly recommended.

This has worked to reduce some of the humidity in our old 1996 vw perhaps if it didn't rain so much it would work better !!

Our car used to get really damp inside, from having three wet dogs in it, but after using this it has cleared the damp significantly

Put this in my car on the dashboard in the hope that it would stop the condensation on the windscreen during the damp and cooler weather. Alas it did not stop this problem. It does however absorb moisture as I weighed it before use and a couple of weeks later. It started at approx 1kg and increased to 1.4 kg in that time but obviously doesn't work well enough to stop condensation.

Got mine today, put it straight into the car, when i put it in the car the sun was shining and there was no moisture on the windows , a few hours i came out to my car and the inside of the window was iced up .... Am i doing something wrong that it didn't work for me?

This product has made life so much easier being able to get in the car with a clear wind screen in the mornings. Think it has worked brilliantly, but you do need more than one so you can regularly rotate them. Works far better than another make I also purchased.

Works to a point not fully convinced that it is suitable for use in a car.

I received this product, weight was actually 0.8kg not 1kg but still happy with the product. After a few weeks of use product weighed about 1.4kg. So that's 600g of water which comes up to around 600ml. So not bad.But make sure you're aware of the limitations of this product before purchasing this for your vehicle. If you have a active leak in the car this product will be no good. The car will probably get flooded faster than this bag can absorb. So your experience will not be good.If on the other hand you've pluged all the leaks and you have moisture lingering around inside the car, this mat will do a fantastic job of slowly absorbing the moisture.
