First I have t say that I luv saffron. Secondly I must say, this was the first company I purchased from. I purchased one bottle from amazon that had 180 capsules, then when I repurchased another bottle by “clicking buy again,” I received one bottle with 90capsules. In the packaging it stated to go to the website to receive “your free bottle.” I did; and put in my purchase #, then the site said I didn’t purchase it in the last 90 days. “It’s less than 30 days!” So now I’m feeling a bit perturbed by the “hoops.” I did write the company and told them the issue, but usually I wouldn’t take the time but I did like the product and wanted my other half. Now I am buying it again but from a different company. Saffron is a wonderful product for women in the pre menopause years.

These are good for appetite control, I try to take one 30 minutes before breakfast and then again 30 minutes again before dinner. I'm not always on it so my consistency isn't quite there. But I do like these and feel like help me to reign in my serving size and not over eat at meal time.

I had read that this product could help with emotions, blood sugar levels and may help with weight loss. Just started taking it so gave it a 4 star.

I took this for about 2-3 weeks and didn't lose weight and I didn't really notice that it suppressed my appetite. So I won't be purchasing again.

Saffron is good for the eyes, also has an appetite curbing advantage. I used this particular product last year and like it a lot, but it was unavailable for a while. I was very pleased to see it online again. It is a very good product at a good price. I hope availability continues for next time.

I had ordered these in the past and they worked wonders. But now, instead of 180-count, it's a 90-count bottle but the price remained the same. It's a great product, but I'm not sure it's worth double what I was paying for in the past. Will be looking for other products.

I didn’t find this brand as effective as others I’ve tried or my body has built up an immunity to Saffron.

Perfect for weight loss. My appetite noticeably decreased, and I actually lost 2 pounds in two weeks without changing my diet or exercise routine. These pills gave me a ton of energy although did make me shaky at times. For once I didn’t need to take any ibuprofen for cramps around that time of the month. Highly recommend.
