Hubby was at his wits' end after suffering with piles for around 10 years or so; his piles protruded after every trip to the loo, sometimes going back after a few minutes, but at other times staying out for hours, or days, at a time - and when they did this they were excruciatingly painful for him. I read that bathing with Epsom Salts may help, so we bought some to try, as over-the-counter creams did nothing except maybe soothe the itching somewhat. After just a couple of days of use there was a MASSIVE improvement, and after about 4 days' use, his piles do not come out at all when he goes to the loo - he just maybe has a very small slight swelling of tissue, which causes no pain at all. He is keeping up with a regular 'maintenance' system with these Salts: he sits in a bowl of warm water with some Salts in for 10-15 minutes in the morning, then again later in the day, or after a trip to the loo. If any swelling is showing at all, he just dabs on some Witch Hazel. These 2 natural products are like a miracle cure for him, after suffering for around 10 years or so with the problem! We cannot rate this stuff highly enough.

Product arrived in good time and after treating the fish twice, it most certainly helped it pass stools, although the fish is still swollen a little, we have now salted the pond too and will treat the fish again later, as we don't want to stress it too much, but happy with this Epsom Salts

Epsom Salts-my body cleanser!I use this in so ways, but most of all I use it as part of my body cleanse, helping to clear toxins from my body which helps to glow your skin!Very nice as a bath soak, also good on the face as a scrub which helps to dry out spots which will appear when drank to cleanse out my body digestive system.Since drinking it daily first thing in the morning my tummy bloat has been reduced, almost completely gone!I buy the 15kg bag as it works it so much cheaper then buying small tubs from the chemist, I share some of this with my friend as I can afford to share the amount I have!

Different label on the one I received and no mentioning that it is a food grade. Wouldn't risk to use it that way then.

Bought this for my Polytunnel. Arrived well packaged. It is a fine grain which dissolves well in my little spray bottle which I use to mist my blueberry plants leaves which were turning yellow. Along with an iron supplement in the main watering has done the trick. All back to dark green in a few weeks. There was plenty left over which my wife now puts in bath with a little perfume for a relaxing soak after the gym! Good value

Bought for use as bath salts & colon cleanser. Many versions can be used as the former but not the latter. Quality & purity is excellent & this makes both uses effective. Well packaged & delivered quickly. Bought 1kg initially to try out, but have just ordered 10kg for just over £11 delivered. Bargain. Highly recommended.
