I bought one of these to test it and was very pleased so ordered two more to add to the emergency kit. They arrived from Israel days sooner than expected so very happy with that. Shelf life of my two bandages is out to November 2025.

It arrived quickly, as described but I've not opened it as it's meant to be sterile until needed!

Good piece of kit does what it says on the tin

I have been carrying one of these with me whenever I go walking in the countryside. It was a 'used' one from First Aid training. On one such walk I came across a dog owner whose pet had cut it's paw really deeply. There was a lot of blood and the owner was distraught. The dog was too big to carry but this bandage not only stemmed the flow, it stayed on the paw for the walk of about a mile to the car. Having followed to the vet I learned that when the bandage was removed the staff and treatment room were treated to a liberal coating of the red stuff. The dog was treated (stitches etc) and made a full recovery. There is no way he would have survived without that bandage. So dog owners, if you like to let them off the lead, carry one of these - it's a small price to pay to save a life!
