I like the fact that these are convincing copies of cctv cameras. the winking red light makes them look active. Easy to install.

I was hoping that these wouldn`t look cheap and nasty but honestly, they look great. The red LED light flashing works all day and night so hopefully thieves checking our village out will be fooled. Get some AAA rechargeable batteries (2 per camera) as solar isn`t always reliable. These are also simple to fit although the spring contacts are very weak, hence the four stars only. At least they will be a deterrence along with the PIR security lights that I have also fitted (hopefully).

Well, I said I was off to buy another - well I bought another 2 instead! These are really great and as I said look very realistic with the red glow around the camera lense at night.A couple of things to note though that do not detract from the 5 starsThey need 2 x AAA rechargeable batteries, not AA as advertisedThere is a white sticker on the back of the unit telling the world this is a dummy camera - remove it!
