It has no taste or smell which is good. When dissolved in water and left to stand for over 1hr it becomes a lovely pinkish hued Water. If you have access to a water distiller (lucky you) even better as distilled water is only hydrogen and oxygen molecules so the clay will help supercharge the water. Do some research to gather information about edible clays. I know about because I used to eat pieces of clay, some red, some grey and others white. I didn't know the benefits then, but I am happy to rediscover the ancient old practice. It's great for all including pets. For animals, add some to their water bowl or use as a poultice on infection. Truely awesome mineral supplement
I love this and will use it as part of my everyday health ritual. I have loads more energy, which doesn't affect my sleep like some products do. It does have constipation side effects thus I now take 1 tsp of Ascorbic acid vit c to compensate. I've come to realize why I'm so tired and no it's not because I'm nearly 50, this is wrong thinking. It's because our bodies need minerals, which is now virtually impossible to get with food even if one eats healthy.

Terramin clay is a natural detoxifier and it also gives your body the minerals it needs. This clay really works and is great for your body the only thing that gets rid of my sebaceous cysts even when they are infected!

Yuk!
Imagine drinking mud for your health. This product (from the USA) has only recently become available through a UK supplier but is reputedly good for all sorts of reasons. Try it - it's really not that bad to drink!
