Not worth the price or bother. ZERO customer service or support.
The unit feels sturdy and solid coming out of the box. The picture is decent, a bit on the dark side. Increasing Brightness doesn't help it. There are barely any picture quality settings as well. This is NOT 4K by any means. Barely 720. Projector settings are bare boned at best. The remote doesn't really work. The mouse moves all over the place. Its impossible to accurately point and you have to click multiple times to engage a button on the screen. The Andriod OS is so buggy and sluggish. It takes 5 or 6 seconds after you can finally click for anything to happen. Netflix App doesn't work. Deleted it and tried to install a new copy from Google Play. It says incompatible device. Bluetooth audio hardly works; the audio is always out of sync. Internal speaker is worthless. Very disappointed with this purchase. I inquired TWICE about any help to fix the issues, and they replied both times: Turn off Projector and restart. That's it. So I am returning it, as soon as they respond to the request. Been almost 2 days an no answer. Won't buy from them again. DO NOT BOTHER with this unit. WAY OVERPRICED.

Piece of junk.... flat out.1. it claims to have a battery, in the description and in very small print in the manual. DOES NOT CHARGE OR SHOW A CHARGING INDICATOR IN THE MENU.2. Network will not access internet. Any of the bandwidths, tried them all. Shows it’s connected and everything else in the house is accessing the internet.3. The screen sharing just flashes when trying to connect. Like kinda tries to work but just can’t, honestly that’s the most this thing was able to do,JUST KINDA BARELY TRY TO WORK. Going back and demanding an immediate refund.
