I was so excited to get this but it's heavy when empty and even more so when full. The stress of a potential break made me keep it at home which defeated it's purpose. It infuses well enough but I don't feel it's practical enough to fulfil it's intended purpose. It's also small. I've bought a Kleen Canteen now which being made from aluminium has none of the above issues.

Loving the bottle. I have bought similar bottles before that I have managed to break. This one appealed as it has the protective sleeve, so if I do knock it over there is a good chance it won’t smash! Overall the design is good, the lid seals well and it keeps drinks warm. The one down side is the sleeve has a pungent chemical odour that is unpleasant when taking a sip, so am going to wash the sleeve in the hope that that will get rid of the smell.

Excellent product, does exactly what it says and has a very premium feel. especially love the sleeve it comes in (which other products dont offer).Reason for 4 stars1. The strainer is a bit too shallow which means you need to be careful when filling it (too little and it will not soak the tea leaves, too much and it spills)2. slight crack appeared on the cap on day 2. nothing major but warranted a star removed :)

I would have liked to have given this a 5 star rating because the bottle does look good. I bought two, one for me and the other for my daughter. Unfortunately the first problem I had was that w didn't receive the 'cup like' infuser that's seen on the photo. I contacted the buyer to let them know but I haven't heard anything back from them. (Lovely customer service)...!! The second problem was the seal for the bottle lids. I don't know why but they were different ones on each bottle. One leaks the other seems fine so far.... The third problem is the lids themselves. They don't fit easily. We have to re-do the lid a few times to ensure they are fitting properly.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND especially as there are cheaper bottles on the market which would be far easier to manage...!!!!!!

Very good product. Arrived in its own smart cardboard tube (think expensive bottle of wine) safely wrapped in bubble wrap in its own neoprene sleeve (with a carry handle). It’s got a cage with its own screw top - I don’t use the cage, just the screw top on its own - you push it down onto the glass and it remains there firmly. To remove, it’s got a little handle. Neat, compact, I’ve not had any leaks (although you do need to be a little firm when screwing the bamboo lid on) and everything tastes gorgeous when you drink it. I’ve used it for coffee (cage holes too large to be a cafetière as it were) once I’d made it and the next day, back to tea leaves with no odd taste once washed. Just be careful, it is glass so won’t withstand anyone thinking of being careless...

I had two of each, only one remains. As a concept, drinking in glass is nice. Doesn't give a side taste to anything. But the usability of this shape (so would probably apply to other brands) is not great. A cylinder with a wide mouth basically means you are going to get a face full of liquid any time you drink out of it. So actually drinking a hot drink on the move is not a good idea!One of the bottles smashed quite easily when it fell out of a car, (with the neoprene sleeve) which i am not entirely sure i'd expect, however due to being difficult to drink out of it made little difference.

Bought this as a birthday gift for a friend who loves tea, and she's been using it every day and loves it! However, she did mention that it leaks - I'm not sure if this was because of something she did or the product itself, but it's keeping me from giving it 5 stars.

Love mine and have been drinking more water since getting it.......So great i bought another one for him indoors. Really love this and get a lot of questions about it. Feels really sturdy and just so well made. Love the fact that you can use it for hot and cold and that it is made of glass so no nasties leaching into your drink and no metallic aftertaste either. I lost one of my strainers and the honest bottles team kindly sent me another one! I cant say how much I love my bottle - such a fab design all round!
