Awesome !! product ,the past 30 years I have been using different types of aquarium heaters so far this product is working perfectly fine been using my wireless thermo detector and so far both devices show same readings. Word of advice for other customers who don’t understand Fahrenheit, reading and Celsius reading always used Fahrenheit to be safe, always read instructions before using.

This is a high quality heater. I have purchased 3, I believe, so far. When a heater I have goes bad, not HiTauing, I will replace it with HiTauing ones. I love them! I would not hesitate to purchase any HiTauing product. Everything I have had, so far, has been a quality product.

This replaced a heater that was on its way out but had lasted for years. I like the temperature read outs and it seems accurate. I also like that the heater is encased in a plastic shield vs my last one. The only negative so far is that the plastic pieces look and feel cheap. I have a small concern about how long the temperature control button will last because of this. Otherwise, it seems like a good product.

So far this is working well. My old heater stopped working. Luckily, I had an old glass tube back-up to get me through.The set up was very easy. I just allowed the unit to warm up some while I unplugged the old one and allowed it to cool.The unit is black and completely blends in with my back wall. I put the heater near the filter intake to disburse the heat faster.You just plug it in and it calibrated in seconds. The preset temp is 82, which is too warm. I set it at 74 with a button on the side. Within two minutes the correct current tank temp of 72 was displayed. Four hours later I am at the 74 programmed.I used a mercury thermometer to verify all temps. I read that it is a good idea to be proactive and replace your heater every two years to prevent a tragedy. This is cheap enough to do that. I will buy a smaller model for my 29 gallon tank to have ready. I put the 200 watt on my 75 freshwater.

The HiTauing Aquarium Heater works fairly well, keeping the water temperature stable in my 10-20 gallon tank. The LED digital display is a nice touch for easy monitoring, and the 5 safety protections give peace of mind. However, I’ve noticed that it can take a bit longer than expected to heat the tank, and the suction cups don't always hold as securely as I'd like. The 5.9ft cord is a good length for flexibility. Overall, it's decent for the price but could use some improvements in suction strength and heating speed.
