Fits through large letter. Mine arrived with half of envelopes far right hand side corner adhesive layer dried out. Not a massive problem since it still stuck and I always tape them down anyway

Excellent value, fast delivery

I'm really disappointed by this purchase. Had some A4 sized books to ship, so after buying a single one of this exact padded envelope (same brand, colour and size, same barcode batch even) and finding that it fitted the book perfectly, I bought this box of 50. Upon opening the box and starting to pack up the other books (all the exact same width as the one I tested with) I found that the majority of the padded envelopes in my box had their bubble-wrap padding affixed at slightly different points on the envelopes' interior, effectively cutting the size of the interior by a few millimetres, enough that barely any of them actually fit the books (and believe me I spent a good long while trying).I'm sure this would be a fine purchase if you're buying them for something much smaller than the dimensions of the envelope, so bear that in mind regardless of my star rating. They were sturdy and padded, and got delivered on time without any issue. However, my advice would be to steer clear if your plan to actually make use of the supposed full size of this packaging, because there's clearly some variation in the manufacturing process that makes some of the envelopes effectively smaller than others, and you'll have no way to tell.

As some of the other reviewers said, if you want to send them as a large letter instead of a small parcel (saving about 50p per delivery) then you will have to tape one/both of the sides down, but given the value for money it is completely worth it as this only takes a minute for each envelope. Overall a great purchase and I would happily buy again.
