Empty stomach is better to get the best out of it
Bought this to help clear biofilms, I’m not entirely sure if it’s working but it does really help to keep you regular and clear you out in the morning so I guess it’s doing something!!I take two capsules before bed. Empty stomach is better to get the best out of it.
