WMF Professional Plus Vegetable Peeler, Stainless Steel, 19cm

good and easy to use. Unfortunately, my Dad seems to have thrown it out by mistake!

I have had a number of vegetable peelers over the years, but must confess that this one is the best so far. A little more expensive, but the quality is very good. The weight is just perfect for peeling and it is nice and sharp enough for the job in hand, but not so sharp that you can cut yourself. I am going to buy a second one, if one is in the dishwasher I always have a spare one.

I bought two because they’re not always easy to find and sadly they’re not the quality they used to be, but they’re easily the best ever potato peelers for ease of peeling and comfort of use. I used to get about 10 years out of them, now I’m lucky to get a year. I live in Ireland so potatoes are a big thing!

the blade is not that sharp and can be seen so may cracks on the blade. Just cannot believe this product is from WMF

bought this peeler because is good quality and brand but it was the worst i have bought it doesn't cut at all potato skins stuck in it i had to return it don't waste your money

I have had a number of peelers and they were all weak. They basically had a metal piece jammed in a wooden or plastic handle. This one is heavy and feels as if its going to last!

Very good quality, but the slit/blade is far away from the handle. Therefore it is uncomfortable to grip when you want to put pressure on the peeler. My fingers end up on the blade instead of staying on the handle if I want to have more control over what I peel ( otherwise it's like trying to write whilst gripping the pencil from the top end rather than closer to the lead).

I've had so many potato peelers over the years but this is the best!!! Unfortunately after 10 years use the previous one broke so I was sooooo happy to find WMF still made the same model !
