As a former RV dragger, I knew of your fine products. Now that I went to owning a winter residence, I didn't forget the the possibility of using your equipment in a static installation that could be shared with our permanent residence in Wisconsin. Dish Network offers a pay-as-you-go account, so this choice was a natural. The equipment meets my needs, works flawlessly and has the small footprint I needed. I recommend this wonderful product.

Purchased to replace a Tailgater. This equipment has not worked properly since it came out of the box. It will track the satellites and complete setup but then it loses the signal. On the third use now and it will no longer complete the setup. I do NOT recommend this product.

It works well when there's no trees to obstruct the satellite view. It takes about 10 minutes to actually find and lock on to the satellite. Resolution not quite as good as our home setup. Very inexpensive to operate since Dish only charges an $11 fee over your usual subscription.

I purchased this antenna to replace a King model that we bought when we purchased Dish Service. We are a full-time RV couple. Predictably the King did survive the fall from our roof caused by sustained 25+ mph winds. So, the cost, which is competitive with the King is tuition (I failed to appreciate what could happen to an unsecured antenna on the roof - so I pass this along for others.). The King was under a year old, but prior to its demised had developed difficulty in changing channels when changing satellites. The Winegard seems to provide a somewhat clearer picture and has provided programming during times of intense rain beyond what the King provided. The Winegard did lose the signal eventually as the storm passed through. For now, I’m keeping it on the ground while considering the tripod.

Use gor camping. Really like it when it was working.

We purchased this to go in our rv. We received it a couple days after ordering it. Hooked it up and it took maybe 4 or 5 minutes to work. Very easy and great picture. Update on this review, you have to watch programs from the same satellite. If the primary connection is set on a satellite you can not watch programs from another satellite.

Sets up quickly, just point the front to the south. It takes the dish about 20 minutes to align the more north you travel in the US and Canada.
