Great Item.I need something that would not be expensive and at the same time would help me move my monitor around and adjust it to the right height.This item helped me with that.It's sturdy and hold very well the height level (I'm using it for 2 and half months and it never fell or do I need to adjust it.). My monitor is a 22 inch one with 4.7kg .I'm only giving 4 stars because this should bring a manual that would show how to adjust and secure the positions of the monitor, that would be very helpful. (It does bring a manual showing you how to assemble the arm but doesn't show you how to actually move the arm in different positions.)The seller is very kind and helpful.For the search I have done this is probably the best option at the moment (money/quality).

A bit too stiff on the height adjustment and couldn't loosen it enough. The cable management holes are too tight if you want to run more than just one input to your monitor. The plastic on it feels a bit cheap. Other than that, works as intended.

Really impressed with the build quality for the price paid. Used with 2x 21" monitors, works perfectly. The only thing I would say is if your monitors are a bit flimsy, you might want to add a handle because the arm is fairly stiff to move.

I was looking around for a monitor arm that was able to hold a 27" monitor for a while, until this gem showed up and it works wonders! There is cable management inside the arm itself and it comes with the option of either fixing it to a desk or clamping it to the back. The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because the arms are quite stiff to adjust.

They look nice but they do not have great quality. I bought 7 of them. With 1 of them I broke the screw while trying to mount the thing on the table. The other one is not working properly. ​

Very solid and very capable Monitor Arm.Can highly recommend.The only slight problem is the monitor can occasionally droop. Apart from that, a brilliant piece of engineering.

Ordered 26 of these for our new offices as a cheaper alternative to a more expensive option (priced at over £100 each) for our new office move. As these were only around £36 each the choice was obvious when buying a large quantity.We ordered the White/Silver version and I must say the design is nice and sleek and the glossy white parts set off really nicely against the silver metal. There is a cable tidy on both sections of the arm which slide/clip into place and keep everything looking clean and professional.The monitor arm fits a standard 100mm or 75mm VESA mount with ease and feels sturdy enough for our 24" monitors without any sagging.I would say that they assemble relatively easily, although of you are using the desk clamp to mount them these can often need a bit of force as the screw threads do not seem to align so well.Whilst they manoeuvre forward and back with ease, the only way to adjust the height seems to be with an Allen key rather than just a gas strut - this is not too much of a problem but not something we really wanted for the girls in the office.Out of the 26no we ordered, 3 were actually faulty - one was missing a thread on the base of the mount meaning the monitor arm couldn't be secured into the clamp, one was missing the clamp plate and the other sheared off when trying to tighten the clamp to the desk.We contacted Cucumbe regarding the same and they replaced and refunded the same with no problem at all - top marks for customer service, however, I would only give 3 stars to the product itself for the reasons above.
